Nogger is a ice cream product in Scandinavia. It's a name that would never fly in USA, but I guess it's acceptable for Europeans who are so much more racially advanced then us.
Nogger Black, is the same product with a spin. I think they discontinued it, but really? They must not have had entrance into the US ice cream market on their mind. Nogger Black is definitely one offensive ass name for an ice cream bar. Even if it tastes awesome (I've had it - it's some sort of licorice infused chocolate shell).
Also, the picture below exists. Brendan rightfully pointed out that there are probably very few people on the planet who are aware of both Nogger Black and N.W.A. This is some "rare" shit.
